Raw Vegan Chocolate Frosting with Physalis Berries
I read that these taste great dipped in chocolate, so I quickly whipped up a tablespoon of raw vegan chocolate frosting, and it turns out it’s not a bad pairing :p
Ingredients (for a taster-sized serving of chocolate frosting):
- 1 teaspoon of slightly melted virgin coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of cacao powder
- About half a teaspoon of Agave nectar (or less, depending on how sweet you like it)
Mix together and enjoy! Or, you could put the mixture into an ice cube mould and freeze for about 20 minutes or so to make a creamy raw vegan chocolate.
